Emeraude Toubia

Emeraude is a Canadian actor who is best known for the fantasy television show Shadowhunters on Freeform in addition to Venevision television series Cosita linda and Voltea Pa' te Enamores. She is also a dancer and is a model. Montreal-born, she has lived in Texas since childhood, and always enjoyed doing shows. She's been training in diverse styles of dance since she was young. At the age of 15, she entered beauty pageants. In 1999, she made her first on-screen appearance in Televisa's children's program El Mundo de los Ninos. Toubia gained a lot of attention during 2008 when she took part in the second season of the Univision beauty pageant show Nuestra Belleza Latina. Her acting debut came in the year 2010, playing receptionist in the Telemundo television show Aurora. She appeared in the 2015 action-drama Tattooed Love, her debut film.
