Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy Yessh, born 17 October 1992 in India, is an actress in film. Keerthy has mainly appeared in Tamil and Telugu cinema along with some appearances in Malayalam. The actress was awarded the National Film Awards' Best Actress award for portraying Savitri an actress in the Telugu Film Mahanati (2018). The film also won three SIIMA Awards were also given to her. She also received a Filmfare Award South. Keerthy, her mother is Menaka G. Suresh and film producer G. Suresh Kumar is an actress in her early years. She started her acting career in the early 2000s. The first time she starred in a leading role was in 2013's Malayalam film Geethaanjali. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy has signed her first Tamil projects in the year 2015, and started accepting projects from Malayalam. The director is A. L. Vijay together with Vikram and Vikram, who premiered Idhu Enna Maayam in 2015. The movie didn't do very well, but it did get released. Her busy schedule throughout 2015 led her to opt out of films that she was working on, including Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye and Deekay's Kavalai Vendam, in order to make room for larger projects. In two of her films, she acted in rapid succession with Sivakarthikeyan, Rajini Murugan & Remo. Dhanush was also the leading actor for Prabhu's Thodari. The release of the film was postponed in 2015 and is now expected to occur after September in 2020. It'll have an entirely different name Janakitho Nenu. The film's premiere was in the film Nenu Sailaja featuring the actor Ram Pothineni. Keerthy starred in Bairavaa directed by Bharathan and featuring actor Vijay.
