Hannah Dominique E. John Kamen was born in England. Her most well-known role is that of Dutch in her role on the Syfy show Killjoys as well as Ornela from the HBO series Game of Thrones. Other notable roles are F'Nale Zaandor which she played in Steven Spielbergs Ready Player One and Ghost as seen in Ant-Man and the Wasp. Hannah was raised in Beverley, Yorkshire, England, the youngest of three children born to a Nigerian father, forensic psychologist, as well as a Norwegian mother of a fashion model. Her primary education was at Kirk Ella, her secondary education was at Hull Collegiate School. In in addition, she studied at London's National Youth Theatre. She received her diploma in 2012 from Central School of Speech and Drama. John-Kamen started her career in the field of voice acting in 2011 when she provided her voice to the game video Dark Souls. Later, she would appear in episode of the show Misfits (2012), Black Mirror (2012), Whitechapel (2013), The Syndicate (2013), The Midnight Beast (2014) as well as The Hour (2015). John-Kamen was cast as Viva's main character in Viva Forever (2012), the West End show based off the Spice Girls songs. Viva Forever was written by Jennifer Saunders, produced by Judy Craymer and premiered 11 December 2012 at the Piccadilly Theatre. The show received a lot of negative feedback. The Daily Mirror praised John Kamen for her performance. The Daily Mirror noted, "It's a pity a gifted cast, especially Hannah John Kamen's Viva... as well as Eternity overall was let down by the lack of the cliched and stale plot." The show closed down on June 29, 2013. John-Kamen was offered a lead role on SyFy's Killjoys in the year 2015. John-Kamen appeared as a guest actor on HBO's Game of Thrones in 2016. The actress was on "Playtest", a Black Mirror anthology episode, in 2016. She also appeared in in Season 2 of The Tunnel, a UK TV series The Tunnel and in the movie about superheroes, Ant-Man and the Wasp.
