Barber beat Montana De La Rosa at UFC Fight Night 205 in April 2022 by unanimous vote. The following day, July 2, 2022 Barber was replaced by Casey O'Neill in the UFC 276 fight and took on Jessica Eye. The result was unanimous for Barber. This was her final fight with UFC. Later in the year she re-signed. Barber was victorious in her last fight with Andrea Lee on 25th March 2023 in UFC Fight Night: Vera Vs. Sandhagen in a split decision.
