Aaliyah's debut album Age Ain't Nothin' but a Number came out in 1994. When she was just 15, the album achieved Gold status. R. Kelly heavily influenced this collaboration, and helped to bring the singer into the spotlight. In 1996, she released her second album One In A Million with Jermaine dupri and Timbaland. It contained the number one hit track If Your Girl only was aware. Aaliyah became a well-known R&B singer after the album's release. She uses Aarti Mann as well as Aarti Majumdar for her professional names. Though she initially had tiny film and television parts, her acting career began growing in popularity around the turn of the century. Other than The Big Bang Theory her most notable work includes Leverage (2012) Suits (2013) as well as Grey's Anatomy (2017). The actress has also been featured in major commercials of brands such as Volvo which is an international automobile producer. The actress currently resides with her family in Los Angeles along with her husband, daughter and pursues her acting career.
